For every order of $750 or more, you get one entry in the Service Champ Holiday Sweepstakes. On December 20, 2019, we will have a drawing for 3 Amazon gift cards. There will be three (3) Grand Prizes. One (1) winner will receive of $2,500, one (1) winner will receive $1,500, and One (1) winner will receive $1,000. All prizes will be awarded in the form of an Amazon gift cards. The winners will be selected randomly from all Service Champ orders over $750 (before tax) placed between December 3, 2019 and Midnight, December 19, 2019. Every order $750 or more in this time period is an additional entry into the drawing.
THE 2019 SERVICE CHAMP HOLIDAY SWEEPSTAKES Official Rules & Conditions:
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry who are active employees of the business they represent, which has an active or inactive account with Service Champ (the "Entrant"). Employees, officers and directors of Service Champ, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of their distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion (defined below), including, but not limited to, their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void in U.S. territories and possessions located outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
PROMOTION DATES/ENTRY PERIODS: The 2019 Service Champ, Inc. Holiday Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on December 3th, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 19th, 2019 (the "Promotion Period").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, customers must complete and submit a valid order of $750 or more to Service Champ Inc. Each qualifying order will be entered into the drawing for one of three (3) Grand Prizes. Customers may also send a self-addressed stamped envelope or postcard with the words “The 2019 Service Champ, Inc. Holiday Sweepstakes”. Only cards and envelopes from qualified customers will be entered for the drawing. Cards and envelopes must include a valid customer number, email address and billing address.
GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about December 20, 2019 (the “Drawing”) from among all eligible order entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning one of the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible orders received (completed orders or self-addressed stamped envelopes) by the end of the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent party, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.
GRAND PRIZES: There will be three (3) Grand Prizes. One (1) winner will receive of $2,500, one (1) winner will receive $1,500, and One (1) winner will receive $1,000. All prizes will be awarded in the form of an Amazon gift cards. The Grand Prizes will be shipped to the verified winner within eight (8) to ten (10) days after the corresponding Entry Period has ended. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize he/she has received, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or otherwise provided herein. If the prize becomes unavailable or if it cannot be shipped to winner(s) residence for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable. No more than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Use of gift card subject to terms and conditions of issuer.
GRAND PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return to the Administrator, within seven (7) days of receipt, an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form and where lawful, a publicity release (the "Required Documents") in order to claim their Grand Prize. Failure to return the Required Documents within the required time period, the return of any notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected at random from among all remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received by the end of the Promotion Period (Grand Prize).
GENERAL: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize; and [c] if a winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor's subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible requests or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Administrator. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor's sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor's sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, limit Sweepstakes Entries (and claims) to those submitted prior to the action taken, and conduct a random drawing for the Grand Prize from those Sweepstakes Entries for which only the advertised number of prizes will be selected.
